寝る時は寝る

眠い時というのは、ストレスがたまっている時です。寝る時には寝ましょう。

とにかくく無理せず寝る。会社を休んででも眠るし、嘘をついてでも眠る。なにをしても睡眠時間を確保して眠る。

起床したら眠いかどうか確認して、眠かったらまた眠る。

これだけで心が疲れにくくなります。
